How does an order from Erasmus Press Ltd work?

First of all, make sure you provide a valid email address for further correspondence in the order form – failure to provide one may result in the cancellation of your order. When you click the “Order” button, you will be redirected to WorldPay, the service provider we use for safe internet payments. Please carefully fill in the requested payment details and proceed with the transaction. When your payment details have been received by WorldPay, they will send both you and us a confirmation of the transaction. Following this, we will send you an email to the address you provided previously, confirming your order. At this stage, the purchased item(s) are posted to you. Please note that your contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we send you an email notifying you that the item(s) have been dispatched to you. Your email address will not be used by us or any third party for other correspondence that isn’t directly related to the purchase of the ordered item.

Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To return an item: please enclose a note giving the reason for the return with a copy of the order confirmation. Wrap the package securely and send it to the address above. In the case of a defective item, please provide a full description of the fault and return the item to the above address.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item, together with the item’s normal postage charge – we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
